Our residential care facility for the elderly (RCFE) offers a
superior-quality home-like living situation to people over age 60 who
have physical limitations, need care and help with the activities of the
daily living, and are at risk living alone. Such patients include those
with
- Alzheimer's/Dementia and Parkinson's disease
- Strokes
- Congestive heart failure and other heart related problems
- Frailness and weakness
- At risk falling
Our residential care home offers 24 hours of care and supervision for
your loved ones with a very low patient to caregiver ratio of 2 to 1,
which ensures very personal service and close supervision of our
residents.
Our board and care home features large, nicely furnished rooms with
central air conditioning/heating, smoke detectors, alarm system, cable
TV, private telephone (if desired) and enough space to accommodate
personal belongings. A large, covered patio is pleasant for outdoor
luncheons/dinners and get-togethers. Wake-up and meal times are on a
flexible schedule to accommodate the specific needs and wishes of each
resident. Individual food preferences are taken into consideration, and
our residents are encouraged to request their favorite meals. The
husband/wife team of owners (State of California licensed
Administrators) ensure that each resident is cared for in keeping with
their individually assessed care plan. Our team of caregivers receives
continuous training on all the aspects of elderly care and are long term
employees of our company.
We provide an open door policy for families/friends of our residents.
You are welcome to visit your loved-ones at anytime, to participate in
ongoing activities and birthday/holiday celebrations, or to join them
for a meal.

located on a quit cul de sac in Winnetka, in the Western San Fernando
Valley very close to Woodland Hills, Chatsworth and Northridge.
